6. Intellectual Property

All SEO strategies, written content, reports, and deliverables created by VelvetRanks remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, content produced for the client becomes their property.

7. Limitation of Liability

VelvetRanks does not guarantee specific rankings or traffic volumes. While we apply best practices and data-driven strategy, SEO involves variables outside our control.

We are not liable for:

• Search engine algorithm changes

• Client website changes made without our knowledge

• Loss of income due to site outages or third-party platform actions

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds are provided for work already completed or time already billed.
